Paul Godfread is an attorney with a practice focusing on trademark, copyright, technology and business law. His previous work experience in information technology has allowed him to find practical solutions to problems involving law and technology. During law school, he worked as a research assistant to Professor Ken Port studying the changes in damages awarded in trademark litigation and worked in the legal department at Ecolab, Inc. In addition to handling copyright and trademark matters, he enjoys First Amendment and civil rights cases.
